Order in 1/2 lb. increments. As this product is weighed and priced the size of fruit cake varies you will get a piece that is at least the weight selected. Example; If you would like a 1 lb. size select quantity of 2  or 2 x 1/2 lb. = 1 pound (lb.).

A medium to dark fruit cake with candied fruit, raisins, currants and some almonds. Our fruit cake recipe uses rum flavouring.
