Please give as much detail as you can as our cake decorators want to create your vision for your cake. Select “decorator’s choice” if you don’t have specific decorations or colours in mind and they will make a cake for your special occasion. Check out our cake ideas page for inspiration.

Our deadline for all custom cake orders is Noon two ‘open for business’ days before pick up. For example: By 12 pm on Thursday for Saturday pick up or by 12 pm on Tuesday for Thursday (We are closed Sundays + Mondays). Please be aware of our cancellation policy listed on our  Custom Cakes page.

Vanilla Buttercream is required for laser image.
Your cupcake cake includes one of the following : Decorate for Occasion, Laser, Decopac, Scene, Single Digit Number or 10 Buttercream Flowers. Character or Themed Buttercream Transfer is an additional charge.
Laser images must be uploaded in .jpg/jpeg/jpe or .png formats with a limit of 2mb in size. We can only put laser images on white buttercream. Also, printed image colour may not be exact as file sent due to printer limitations. Blurry photos will blurry, we do not offer editing. We do not recommend black and white images.
