File Formats Accepted: .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, or .png only.
File Size Limit: Maximum of 2MB.
Maximum Image Dimensions: 20cm x 25cm, smaller cake smaller image.
Printing Surface: We can only print laser images on white buttercream.
Important Notes:
Black and White Photos: These may have a greenish tint due to printer limitations. We recommend avoiding black-and-white images for the best results.
Colour Accuracy: Please note that the printed colors may not exactly match the colors in the file due to printer limitations.
Image Quality: We do not edit or enhance images. Blurry or low-quality images will appear as they are.
